Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timeliness of the DE/NL/BE monthly payrolls.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation.
• Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all internal clients, co-workers, stakeholders and outside vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years Payroll experience.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience with UWV.
• Experience with UKG Database would be desirable.
• Experience with Immedis payroll is a big plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
